Use of Information

Information provided by our database members is retained for the purposes of communication between Aspera Design personnel and its database members. Aspera Design will not sell or license any information contained within its database to a third party.

Aspera Design understands the concerns of its database members and the information they provide. Every effort has been made to secure any information or data submitted to us and this will be stored securely. In the event that information or data may be accessed by a third party, we hereby indemnify Aspera Design from any liability arising as a result.

The recipient(s) named in this transfer and its successors and assigns hereby indemnify Aspera Design from any liability arising as a result of the information, of error omissions or incorrect information, corrupt data, incorrect operation of equipment and/or systems on which the software is used, infringement of intellectual property rights which may be the property of another party and/or any other case. Aspera Design may hold the intellectual property rights associated with the digital data transferred. This information shall be considered copyright except for the sole purpose of assisting the organization named in this transfer in performing tasks associated with the nominated project. This software and associated or derived information shall not be used for other purposes or transferred to others without permission of Aspera Design.
