We offer a lead consultant role, providing clients with a single point of accountability. We provide direct contact to firm principles from project conception through to final completion. Working with a curated team of qualifies sub-consultants who are collaborative and proactive we put forward a thoughtful, passionate team.
Masterplanning
Our team combines the skills of planners, urban designers, landscape architects and place making specialists to offer a full complement of services addressing the built environment’s planning & design. Working in close collaboration with clients, we seek out sustainable, innovative solutions that respond to the specific conditions of a site, city or region, and the aspirations of the communities who use them.
Urban Design
We blend the built environment, landscape and city planning together to make urban areas functional & attractive while investigating the design by giving form, shape, and character to whole neighborhoods and the city. We wok with the public and private clients to create a successful, blend of creativity, aesthetics and feasibility.
Architecture
Our experience with a wide range of project types is driven by a philosophy that places the client at the centre of each design and strives to fully integrate their needs with their aspirations to deliver buildings that are functionally efficient & visually innovative. Each building, regardless of size and scale, is approached with an understanding that architecture has a unique power to influence lifestyle and society.
Interior Design
With the client’s needs and aspirations at the core, Aspera Design will design each internal space to meet the design goals with creativity and within the budgetary parameters. Our design team collaborates with the client in defining the image & brand of the internal spaces, the impact on the end user and how to achieve it in the selection of colors, materials, textures and FF&E.
BIM Advisory
As a forerunner in BIM technology, we advise clients and fellow consultants on the most efficient way to collaborate and share drawings and other project related information through cloud based applications. Advisory goes further into physical workshop training with the individual project members, this is necessary so as to put all team members on the same international level when it comes to coordination and collaboration.
Brand Development
We guides clients to produce branded visual & written collateral to assist them to better communicate the end product with the market target. We provide photo-realistic renders both externally and internally, fly-through animations, virtual reality walk-throughs, booklets and flyers. Should the clients require it, the renders will be printed on boards for display during launches before which we will train the client’s sales team on the project.
